Embodiment 1

[0023] Example 1: The prepared double-layer gold nanorod solution was dropped onto a copper grid, and after natural air drying, the copper grid was placed under a transmission electron microscope to observe the morphology characteristics of the prepared double-layer gold nanorod. like figure 1 As shown, the double-layered gold nanorods can be observed under the transmission electron microscope with an obvious double-layer structure.

Embodiment 2

[0024] Embodiment 2: Use the auxiliary software PE-DESIGN NEXT to design and embroider on the Brother digital embroidery machine. like figure 2 As shown, pattern embroidery is performed on a Brother digital embroidery machine.

Embodiment 3

[0025] Embodiment 3: The wristband can be installed in multiple positions of the human body, such as the head, arm and wrist. A wearable sweat-sensing strap monitors sweat biomarkers during human exercise. like image 3 As shown, the sweat sensing strap is combined with the arm of the human body to monitor the glucose, lactic acid and sweat loss in human sweat.

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a sweat sensing bandage based on SERS, and belongs to the field of composite materials. Based on the SERS method, electrolyte and metabolites (such as lactic acid and glucose concentration) in sweat of healthy people and local sweat loss of different parts of the body can be sampled and monitored. The sensing bandage prepared by the invention is designed by a traditional textile processing method on the basis of the original softness and wearability of fabrics and yarns, which provides a wearable sweat monitoring sensing platform which is simple to manufacture and good in applicability and usability, and a potential strategy is provided for instant diagnosis of diseases and health condition monitoring.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a SERS-based sweat sensing bandage, which belongs to the field of composite materials. Background technique [0002] The detection of trace molecules is of great importance in many practical applications, and the development of surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) technology is crucial to achieve this goal. Gold nanorods have been widely used in the field of body fluid sensing due to their excellent surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) properties, chemical stability, and biocompatibility. Flexible biosensors for monitoring systems have emerged as a promising portable diagnostic platform due to their potential in point-of-care analytical devices. The identification of biological analytes in sweat can provide essential information for human physiology. Traditional measurements rely on laboratory equipment. In the context of the current era, people's expectations and demands for the portable ...
