A reactor and a method of preparing pseudoboehmite by the reactor are disclosed. The reactor comprises a reactor cylinder. A separating plate is disposed in the reactor cylinder to divide the inner cavity of the reactor into two zones along the axial direction. At least two material circulating pipelines are disposed outside the reactor cylinder. A circulated material outlet and a circulated material inlet in each material circulating pipeline are disposed in different zones. The circulated material outlets are at the upper part of the reactor cylinder and the circulated material inlets are at the bottom of the reactor cylinder. In each of the zones, the corresponding lower part of the reactor cylinder is provided with a material feeding port, and the corresponding upper part of the reactor cylinder is provided with an overflow port higher than the corresponding circulated material outlet. Continuous gel forming can be achieved by the reactor. Pseudoboehmite particles prepared by adopting the reactor are uniform in particle size, so that prepared aluminum oxide is large in pore volume, large in pore diameter and centralized in pore distribution, and the prepared aluminum oxide is uniform and constant in properties, and is not influenced by batch production scales.

The invention discloses a method for preparing a lithium ion battery employing an organic-inorganic composite gel polymer electrolyte. The preparation method comprises the steps: uniformly fixing thesurface-functionalized inorganic oxide nanoparticles to the surface of a membrane and in the internal pores by chemical bonds, sandwiching the modified membrane between the positive and negative materials, injecting an electrolyte mixed with a functionalized low polymer and an initiator, and initiating the in-situ polymerization crosslinking of the oligomer by heating to gel the liquid substancesinside the battery to obtain a lithium ion battery based on the organic-inorganic composite gel polymer electrolyte. The gel forming electrolyte of the invention not only prevents the risk of electrolyte leakage, but also reduces the reactivity of solvent molecules on the electrode surface. A liquid state electrolyte system before polymerization can fully wet the electrode material and reduce theelectrode / electrolyte interface resistance. The inorganic / polymer compatibility is enhanced by the double-bond copolymerization of a double-bond functional group on the inorganic nanoparticle surfaceand an oligomer chain end. The obtained components are uniform after polymerization.

The method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, drying the pig manure to enable the moisture content of the pig manure to be reduced to 10%-25%, then crushing the pig manure and adding the additive capable of desulfuration, deodorization and mold prevention via 2%-5% dry basis quality of the pig manure so as to form the dried pig manure raw material; uniformly mixing and stirring 20%-100% of the dried pig manure raw material, 0%-80% of biomass and 0%-20% of coal by dry weight to obtain the raw material mixture, and then utilizing forming machine to perform hot-pressing formation, so as to obtain the solid forming fuel. The method has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, feasibility, energy conservation and environmental protection, high treatment efficiency, low production cost, and high convenience for large-scale industrialized production, and the solid forming fuel has no odor, is not easy to mildew, is convenient in transportation and storage and high in combustion efficiency and has fewer secondary pollutant emissions. Therefore, harmless treatment and resource utilization of the pig manure are realized, and the problem about treatment and disposal of the excessive pig manure can be effectively solved.
