Abstract

The invention discloses a heterogeneous catalyst and a preparation method and an application of the heterogeneous catalyst in catalysis of isomerization of glucose into fructose, and the heterogeneous catalyst is prepared by the following steps: uniformly mixing 40-80mg of activated metal organic framework material powder and 4mL of 0.01-1M Lewis acid metal ion solution according to a ratio, reacting for 8-12 hours at 80-120 DEG C, washing and drying to obtain the heterogeneous catalyst. The heterogeneous catalyst is applied to catalysis of isomerization of glucose into fructose. The heterogeneous catalyst loaded with the Lewis acid metal sites is successfully prepared. The heterogeneous catalyst prepared by the method has the catalytic effect that the fructose yield reaches 20.09% or above, the selectivity reaches 73.21% or above, and the catalytic effect is improved.
