Problems solved by technology

Foreign countries have imposed a strict technical blockade on the stripping and recoating technology of the coating. At present, domestic research is mostly focused on the exploration of the coating stripping process, and little attention has been paid to the performance evaluation of the recoating coating. For MCrAlY coating The stripping research lacks the investigation of the state of the surface matrix after stripping and the performance of the recoated coating

Embodiment 1

[0029] In this example, the coating will be prepared on the substrate, and then the coating will be stripped electrochemically after the service simulation.

[0030] First, a NiCoCrAlY coating is prepared on a nickel-based superalloy K38G substrate:

[0031] (1) Cut the nickel-based superalloy K38G plate into 10×15×3mm rectangular parallelepiped samples using wire electric discharge cutting equipment, and cut a round hole with a diameter of about 1.7mm on the edge of each sample;

[0032] (2) Grind the cut sample with 120#, 240#, 400# sandpaper in sequence, and perform 200-mesh glass sand blasting treatment. The sample after sandblasting was ultrasonically cleaned in a solution of acetone and alcohol for 10 minutes, and the oil stain on the surface was removed for later use;

[0033] (3) Put the sample into the vacuum chamber of multi-arc ion plating, close the furnace door, and vacuum the back to 7.0×10 -3 Below Pa (this example is 5×10 -3 Pa), using a bias voltage to bomb...

Embodiment 2

[0042] In this example, the coating will be recoated over the decoated samples.

[0043] Prepare a NiCoCrAlY coating on the nickel-based superalloy K38G substrate, and remove the coating after oxidation in a muffle furnace at 1000 ° C for 100 h. The specific operation method is the same as in Example 1, and then recoat the NiCoCrAlY coating. The specific method is as follows :

[0044] (1) ultrasonically clean the sample after sandblasting in a solution of acetone and alcohol for 10 minutes to remove surface oil stains and set aside;

[0045] (2) Put the sample into the vacuum chamber of multi-arc ion plating, close the furnace door, and vacuum the back to 7×10 -3 Below Pa (this example is 3×10 -3 Pa), using a bias voltage to bombard the surface of the substrate with ions to remove residual attachments on the surface, and the bombardment time is about 20 minutes. Then use the alloy target to deposit the NiCoCrAlY coating, the argon bias is 0.2Pa, and the deposition time is ...

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of high-temperature protective coating surface treatment, in particular to a method for electrochemically removing an MCrAlY coating. The process flow of the method comprises the following steps of: pre-treating the MCrAlY coating with an oxide film, and removing the oxide film with a non-conductive surface; removing the coating by using an electrochemical method; and performing post-treatment on a sample after the coating is removed, and removing corrosion products attached to the surface so as to be used for coating a new coating again. The method is characterized in that: (1) the adopted electrolyte is 5-10 vol% HNO3; and (2) during stripping, inert metal is used as a cathode, a workpiece to be stripped is used as an anode, the temperature of the electrolyte is 50-55 DEG C, the polarization potential is 1-1.5 V, and the polarization time is 20-25 min. The method is high in stripping speed, basically free of over-corrosion, thorough and clean in coating stripping and low in cost, the coating is coated again to meet the service requirement of the coating, and the method can be used for achieving large-scale production.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of surface treatment of high-temperature protective coatings, in particular to a method for electrochemically removing MCrAlY coatings. Background technique [0002] MCrAlY (M is Co, Ni or Co+Ni, etc.) coatings are widely used as high-temperature protective coatings in domestic and foreign aviation, aerospace, ships and other equipment. Among them, it is often necessary to prepare an MCrAlY bottom layer combined with an external ceramic surface layer on an aeroengine blade to enhance the bonding force between the substrate and the ceramic layer and improve its oxidation resistance. However, in the coating preparation process, due to the complex shape of the blade, there may be small defects in the coating during the preparation process, the thickness or chemical composition of the coating may exceed the standard, and the workpiece may be accidentally damaged during transportation and assembly. The reason may cause th...
