The invention proves that the glehnia littoralis lactone can obviously promote the healing of the skin wound of a diabetic ulcer mouse; the glehnia littoralis lactone can promote proliferation of a HaCaT cell inflammation model, up-regulate expression of SIRT1 and down-regulate expression of ICAM-1, and after the SIRT1 is knocked down, the effects of glehnia littoralis lactone on proliferation promotion and down-regulation of ICAM-1 on the HaCaT cell inflammation model are both inhibited; the multiplication capacity of HaCaT cells overexpressing SIRT1 under the condition of high-level IFN-gamma is obviously improved; the overexpressed SIRT1 and glehnia littoralis lactone synergistically promote the proliferation of a HaCaT cell inflammation model.
