Abstract

The invention discloses a strain of rice endophytic streptomyces griseus Ahn75 and application of the rice endophytic streptomyces griseus Ahn75. The bacterial strain is classified and named as Streptomyces griseobrunneus, and the preservation number of the bacterial strain is CCTCC (China Center for Type Culture Collection) NO: M 2019890. The streptomyces taubrown Ahn75 disclosed by the invention can be used for efficiently inhibiting the growth of 12 different physiological races of rice blast pathogenic bacteria in vitro. Fermentation filtrate of the strain can inhibit mycelial growth and spore germination of magnaporthe oryzae at the same time, the strain contains multiple types of active compounds, the size distribution of the active compounds is below 3 kD, 10-30 kD and 30 kD or above, and the small molecule active compounds contain valinomycin. Meanwhile, the strain has the growth promoting performance of producing siderophores, dissolving potassium, fixing nitrogen and the like. The results show that the strain has the potential of developing a novel broad-spectrum and environment-friendly rice pesticide fertilizer.
