The chlorine-containing waste gas incineration treatment system comprises an alkali washing device, a water washing device and a demisting device which are sequentially connected to pretreat chlorine-containing waste gas. The heat storage incinerator is provided with a combustion chamber and a plurality of heat storage chambers working alternately, and an air inlet of each heat storage chamber communicates with an outlet of the demisting device through a corresponding air inlet valve; hexsteel is arranged on the inner surfaces, in contact with the chlorine-containing waste gas, of the heat storage chamber and the combustion chamber, and the hexsteel is filled and covered with anti-corrosion castable; an air outlet of each heat storage chamber is communicated with the quenching device through a respective air outlet valve; and gas discharged from the gas outlet of the quenching device sequentially passes through the other alkali washing device and the activated carbon adsorption device and finally enters the discharging device. The system adopts the combination of alkali washing, water washing and independent demisting, so that the acid gas concentration and the water content in the waste gas can be effectively reduced, and the dew point corrosion of the waste gas is reduced; and a hexsteel and an anti-corrosion castable are arranged in the heat storage incinerator, so that corrosion can be effectively prevented.
