The system comprises a liquid storage tank, an evaporation assembly, an energy storage assembly, a high-pressure gas storage tank, an energy release assembly and a condensation assembly. Liquid carbon dioxide is stored in the liquid storage tank, an outlet of the liquid storage tank is connected to an inlet of the high-pressure gas storage tank sequentially through the first valve, the evaporation assembly and the energy storage assembly, and an outlet of the high-pressure gas storage tank is connected to the inlet of the gas storage tank sequentially through the second valve, the energy release assembly and the condensation assembly. The method comprises an energy storage stage and an energy release stage.
