Problems solved by technology

The use of sawdust as a cultivation substrate has caused excessive deforestation and destroyed the ecological balance. The country has begun to limit the deforestation of the forest, and the cost of using cottonseed hulls is high. Therefore, these two cultivation substrates limit the apricot abalone to varying degrees mushroom production

Embodiment 1

[0058] 1. Primary Seed Preparation

[0059] Recipe: 200 parts of peeled potatoes, 20 parts of glucose, 15 parts of agar, 4 parts of peptone, 3 parts of potassium dihydrogen phosphate, 1.5 parts of magnesium sulfate, 1000 parts of water, natural pH.

[0060] Production: 200 parts of peeled potatoes, add 1000 parts of water, boil for 20 minutes, filter through gauze, add water to 1000 parts of the filtrate, then put other raw materials in, cook on the electric stove until the agar melts, divide into test tubes, and extinguish under the pressure of 0.11 MPa. After sterilizing for 30 minutes, make a test tube slant, inoculate 0.3cm2 of the original mother species under aseptic conditions after cooling, and place it in a constant temperature incubator at 25°C for 12 days.

[0061] 2. Secondary Seed Preparation

[0062] Recipe: 100 parts of wheat grains, 1 part of gypsum powder.

[0063] Production: soak the wheat grains for 24 hours, wash and remove impurities, boil in a pot until ...

Embodiment 2

[0078] Using corn stalks as the cultivation substrate to produce Pleurotus eryngii, the biotransformation rate of the two mushrooms reached 78.8%. Embodiment 2: as described in embodiment 1, the difference is that the cultivation matrix formula is as follows:

[0079] Main ingredients: 100 parts of corn stalks

[0080] Cottonseed hulls 0 parts

[0081] Accessories: 10 parts bran

[0082] 5 servings of cottonseed cake

[0083] 1 part white sugar

[0084] 1 part gypsum powder

[0085] 1 part tsp

[0086] Moisture: 185 parts of water Embodiment 3: As described in Embodiment 1, the difference is that the cultivation matrix formula is as follows:

[0087] Main ingredients: 100 parts of corn stalks

[0088] 100 parts cottonseed hulls

[0089] Accessories: 20 parts bran

[0090] 10 servings of cottonseed cake

[0091] 2 parts white sugar

[0092] 2 parts gypsum powder

[0093] 2 parts tsp

Abstract

A method to cultivate xingbo mushroom by utilizing cornstalk includes the preparation of the first level and second level seeds of xingbo mushroom as bacterial seeds, the preparation of growth medium, in which the second level seeds are connected into one end of growth medium under the the bacteria-free condition, bacteria developing caltivation, mushroom birth and growth, mushroom picking, preparing the growth medium by using the cornstalk and small quantity of cotton seed shell as a main material and by using wheat bran, cotton seed cake, white sugar, gypsum powder, calcium superphosphate as a auxiliary material, packing them in the bag for the second level inoculating, then tieing tightly the bag, bacteria developing caltivation for 40-50 days picking up after 5-12 day of primodium being formed and the secondary mushroom can be grown up after the picking up through the transtide. The present invention can solve the pollution problem caused by burning cornstalk and make the waste useful and reduce the cost of production.

Description

(1) Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for producing pleurotus eryngii with a cultivation substrate, and belongs to the technical field of agricultural microorganism application. (2) Background technology [0002] Pleurotus eryngii (DC.ex Fr) Quel is a special edible fungus in the alpine, grassland, and desert areas of southern Europe, northern Africa, and Central Asia. France, Italy, and India have successively entered the cultivation research of Pleurotus eryngii . Kalmar conducted the first cultivation experiment in 1958; Henda discovered Pleurotus eryngii in Kashmir, northern India in 1970, and cultivated it on basswood for the first time; Vessey isolated Pleurotus eryngii in 1971. Pure strain of Pleurotus eryngii; In 1974, France obtained the cultured strain of Pleurotus eryngii and successfully cultivated it. Ferri was first commercially cultivated in 1977. In 1993, Fujian Sanming Institute of Fungi introduced Pleurotus eryngii strains from Jap...
