It adopts petrochemical industry lines, based on original technique, optimizes the flow and operation parameters, takes the whole course of synthesizing dialkyl carbonate as an big system of energy coupled utilization, uses reaction heat of alkene carbonate and heat pump technique to make the needed quantity of the steam which synthesizes dialkyl carbonate and coproduces dibisc alcohol controlled at the level of less than 1.0ton per ton product. It largely reduces energy consumption and cooling water dosage, and compared with the same scale producing device, can reduce the steam dosage by 50-90% and cooling water dosage by 40-60%.
