Abstract

The present invention discloses the pH sensitive film with polyvinylidene flurodie / polyurethane mixture film as base film and its preparation process. The pH sensitive film is prepared through first co-mixing to prepare the base polyvinylidene flurodie / polyurethane film, and subsequent photografting process to prepare the pH sensitive film on the co-mixed base film. The base film making liquid includes polyvinylidene flurodie, polyurethane, additive and strong polar solvent; the grafting monomer for the photografting process is acrylic acid, and the initiator is benzophenone. The pH sensitive film has penetrating flux altering with changed pH value of the solution, excellent protein separating performance and relatively high antifouling capacity.
