Problems solved by technology

These laminates not only have the problem of poor adhesion between the polymer substrate and the amorphous carbon film, but also if the film thickness of the formed amorphous carbon film is intended to be increased, the internal stress of the amorphous carbon film will increase, which will More prone to stripping problems

Embodiment

[0144] Examples are given below to further describe the present invention in detail. Unless otherwise specified, "parts" and "%" in the following descriptions are based on weight.

[0145] Analysis and evaluation were performed as follows.

[0146] (1) Weight average molecular weight (Mw) of the polymer

[0147] The weight average molecular weight (Mw) was calculated|required in conversion with the standard polystyrene value by the gel permeation chromatography (GPC) method.

[0148] (2) Cyclization rate of cyclized rubber

[0149] According to the methods described in the documents (i) and (ii) below, by 1 The cyclization rate was determined by H-NMR measurement.

Synthetic example 1

[0162]300 parts of polyisoprene (73% cis-1, 4 units, 22% trans-1,4 unit, 5% 3,4-unit, weight average molecular weight 174,000) and 700 parts of toluene (polymer concentration 30%). The inside of the reactor was replaced with nitrogen, and then heated to 80°C, the polyisoprene was completely dissolved in toluene under stirring, and then 2.07 parts of p-toluenesulfonic acid (anhydrous) was added to carry out cyclization reaction at 80°C. After about 4 hours, a 25% aqueous sodium carbonate solution containing 0.8 parts of sodium carbonate was added to terminate the reaction. After stirring at 80° C. for 30 minutes, 2 parts of filter aid (diatomaceous earth) were added, and catalyst residues were removed with a glass fiber filter (GA-100: manufactured by Advantec Toyo Co., Ltd.) with a pore size of 1 μm.

[0163] Add 0.3 parts of antioxidant (Irganox 1010: manufactured by Chiba SpecialtyChemicals Co., Ltd.) in this solution, remove toluene at 160 ℃ then, when the solid content co...

Synthetic example 2

[0165] p-toluenesulfonic acid (in toluene Carry out reflux dehydration in the middle, the amount of moisture is 150ppm following material) consumption becomes 2.81 parts, and add the 25% sodium carbonate aqueous solution that contains 1.08 parts of sodium carbonate to stop reaction, except that, operate as Synthetic Example 1, obtain Cyclized rubber B. The obtained cyclized rubber B was analyzed, and the results are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

An object of the invention is to provide a laminate which is good in adhesiveness between a substrate and a thin film laminated thereon by a dry film-forming method such as a chemical vapor growth method or a vacuum evaporation method even if the substrate is a polymer substrate made of a nonpolar polymer; and a process for producing the same. In order to attain the above-mentioned object, the invention provides a laminate comprising a polymer substrate, a primer layer comprising a cyclized rubber which is a conjugated diene polymer cyclized product or a derivative thereof, the layer being formed on the surface of the polymer substrate, and a thin film laminated on the surface of the primer layer by a dry film-forming method; and a process for producing the same. The present invention also provides a laminate comprising a polymer substrate in which a cyclized rubber which is a conjugated diene polymer cyclized product or a derivative thereof is incorporated into a polymer-molding material, and a thin film laminated on the surface of the polymer substrate by a dry film-forming process; and a process for producing the same.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a laminate and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, to a polymer substrate formed of a non-polar polymer, which is bonded to a laminate by a chemical vapor deposition method, a vacuum sputtering method, or the like. A laminate having excellent adhesiveness even after a film laminated by a conventional film-forming method and a method for producing the same. Background technique [0002] For a long time, metal sprayed products made by spraying metal on plastic molded products have been widely used as food containers, etc. because of their excellent decoration, gas barrier and light shielding properties, while silicon oxide sprayed on plastic films The laminated film formed by the film is used as a packaging material with transparency and high gas barrier properties. [0003] However, when a non-polar polymer such as a polypropylene resin or a polyethylene resin is used as a raw material, there is a pr...
