Embodiment 1

[0006] Example 1: Enzyme scouring, desizing, and bleaching of cotton fabrics are carried out in one bath and two steps

[0007] Fabric: Pure cotton poplin (15tex×15tex 524 / 10cm×283 / 10cm)

[0008] Process: compound enzyme preparation (alkaline pectinase 18%~23%, cellulase 10%~15%, α-amylase 9%~12%, PVA degrading enzyme 10%~14%, protease 8%~ 12%, lipase 10%~13%, sugar oxidase 12%~14%, xylanase 8%~13%) 1.2g / L, BHJ-1 high-efficiency scouring agent 3g / L, water glass (density 1.49 / cm 3 ) 4g / L, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) 5g / L; bath ratio 1:20, the first step is 55°C, pH8.0, for 90min, the second step is 95°C, pH11.0, for 120min.

[0009] enzymatic scouring process

[0010] The three processes of enzymatic desizing, enzymatic scouring and enzymatic bleaching of cotton fabric are carried out in one bath and two steps. The first step first adds compound enzyme preparation (by alkaline pectinase, cellulase, α-amylase, PVA degrading enzyme, protease, lipase,...

Embodiment 2

[0011] Example 2: Enzyme scouring, desizing, and bleaching of cotton knitted fabrics are carried out in one bath and two steps

[0012] Fabric: Cotton knitted fabric (14.5tex)

[0013] Process: compound enzyme preparation (alkaline pectinase 18%~23%, cellulase 10%~15%, α-amylase 9%~12%, PVA degrading enzyme 10%~14%, protease 8%~ 12%, lipase 10%~13%, sugar oxidase 12%~14%, xylanase 8%~13%) 0.7g / L, BHJ-1 high-efficiency scouring agent 2g / L, water glass (density 1.49 / cm 3 ) 3g / L, sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate (EDTA) 3g / L; bath ratio 1:20, the first step is 55°C, pH8.0, act for 60min, the second step is 95°C, pH11.0, act for 90min.

[0014] enzymatic scouring process

[0015] The three processes of enzymatic desizing, enzymatic scouring and enzymatic bleaching of cotton knitted fabrics are carried out in one bath and two steps. The knitted fabric is relatively thin, so a slight adjustment in process addition can also achieve better treatment effect and shorten...

Abstract

The present invention relates to re-compounded enzyme preparation and its application in cotton fabric treatment, and is especially one bath and two step enzyme process for pre-treating cotton fabric. Alkaline pectase, cellulase, alpha-amylase, PVA degrading enzyme, proteinase, lipase, xylanase and sugar oxidase are first re-compounded, and the re-compounded enzyme preparation is then used in the one bath and two step enzyme process for pre-treating cotton fabric. The process includes the first desizing and boiling off step in the treating bath at 55 deg.c and pH 8.0 for 60-90 min, with the sugar oxidase reacting with the desizing product to produce hydrogen peroxide; and the second fabric bleaching step with the enzyme process generated hydrogen peroxide at 95 deg.c and pH 11.0 for 60-120min. The present invention has low power consumption, short technological process and environment friendship, and may be used to replace chemical process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention discloses a method for pre-treating cotton fabrics with a one-bath two-step enzymatic method, and relates to the technical field of compound enzyme preparations and their application in cotton fabric pre-treatment processes. Background technique [0002] Using enzymes to desizing, scouring and bleaching cotton fabrics respectively, due to the mild action, the treatment time is longer and the cost is higher than the traditional process. The enzyme preparation used for desizing and scouring has catalytic activity under the same conditions, and after compounding, it is used for the treatment of cotton fabrics, which can realize the combination of multiple processes. Using one-bath two-step enzymatic method to pretreat cotton fabric can shorten the process flow and treatment time, thereby reducing cost and improving the efficiency of enzymatic treatment. Contents of the invention [0003] The purpose of the present invention is to provide ...
