The invention particularly relates to a safe and fast beam falling method for a railway T-shaped beam. The problems that when an existing T-shaped beam falls, time and labor are consumed, efficiency is low, and a beam turnover accident is likely to be caused are solved. The method comprises the steps that 1, before the T-shaped beam reaches the plane position through a beam moving sliding rail, the lifting and leveling position is set in advance; 2, a jack is jacked properly, the T-shaped beam is separated from the beam moving sliding rail, the beam moving sliding rail is drawn out, and a support-cushioning temporary upholder is replaced according to the stroke of the jack; 3, the height of the jack is reduced, the temporary upholder is used for supporting, the jack is lifted by rotating and adjusting a spiral tube, after steel cushion blocks are drawn out in sequence, the spiral tube is reversely rotated and adjusted, and a steel supporting plate is lowered to be tightly attached to the top faces of the remaining steel cushion blocks; 4, then the jack is jacked again, and the height of the temporary upholder is reduced; 5, the step 3 and the step 4 are repeated till a bottom support of the T-shaped beam is arranged on supporting cushion stone of bridge pier and abutment cap stone in place, and beam falling operation is completed. According to the method, the problem of beam turnover accidents is avoided, and construction efficiency is improved.
