The present invention provides a cement foaming agent and the cement foaming agent is formed by compounding modified nano-silica and a foaming agent AC. After foaming, the cell diameter is significantly reduced while the cell density is relatively improved. The nano-silica has particular morphological characteristics so that the nanocomposite foaming agent can be dispersed more uniformly into the cement. The cement foaming agent provided by the invention achieves uniform dispersion into the cement so as to reduce the amount of local foaming, and meanwhile the composite foaming agent has the advantage of a nano-composite material.

Foamed biodegradable resin and production process thereof

The invention discloses a foamed biodegradable resin which comprises the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 40-60% of PLA, 10-30% of thermoplastic starch, 8-16% of a combined foaming agent, 10-18% of a degradable auxiliary material, 1-3% of a chain extender and 1-3% of a cross-linking agent. The invention also discloses a production process of the foamed biodegradable resin. The foamed biodegradable resin disclosed by the invention is good in performance, and has excellent temperature resistance, biodegradability and foaming ratio.

Low-density flame-retardant polypropylene foam material and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a low-density flame-retardant polypropylene foam material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of polymer foam materials. The foaming material is obtained by performing supercritical fluid foaming on a flame-retardant polypropylene material. The flame-retardant polypropylene material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of polypropylene, 15-35 parts of a flame retardant, 1-6 parts of a smoke suppressant, 0.5-1 part of a lubricant, 5-10 parts of a toughening agent, and 0.3-1 part of an antioxidant. According to the low-density flame-retardant polypropylene foam material obtained by foaming through a supercritical fluid technology, the flame retardant property can reach UL941.6 mm V0 level, the advantages of high foaming ratio, excellent mechanical property, high cell density, fine apparent mass, smoothness and the like can be ensured, and the problem that in the prior art, a high-foaming-ratio flame-retardant polypropylene foam material is difficult to prepare is fully solved.
