cushion layer surface on which the prefabricated wallboard bearing platform formwork is about to be mounted is cleaned; according to the heights of a bearing platform, a ground beam and an
elevator shaft and in combination with the width of a wallboard, board
cutting and blanking are conducted; when the boards are mounted, the top ends and the side edges of the boards are fully coated with
mortar; when the wallboard is erected, the wallboard is forcibly squeezed in place, the perpendicularity of the wallboard and the flatness of adjacent board faces are corrected, and it is guaranteed that joints are tight and straight; after the boards are installed,
mortar is adopted in time to conduct seam filling and
mortar scraping on seams; after the board splicing work is completed, floor dust at the bottom is cleaned, and after the work is completed, the surface of the
cushion layer is cleaned; after acceptance inspection is qualified, battens are adopted for inner supporting reinforcement; earthwork backfilling is conducted; and after earthwork backfilling is completed,
cushion concrete is poured according to the elevation, and it is ensured that the cushion concrete integrally covers the bearing platform formwork. The construction technology has the advantages of being high in installation speed, free of plastering, few in working procedure, low in labor consumption, high in project progress, short in construction period, standard, low in cost and the like.
