The forging and rolling process includes hot forging and upsetting steel blank to the required thickness and diameter, die forging to form the hub and spokes, and hot rolling to form the inner circular surface, end surfaces, outer circular surface and slot in circumference of the rim. The present invention can obtain pulley with high strength, high wear resistance, small internal stress, less deformation and other advantages.
