Abstract

The fast hydrolysis process of extracting deacetyl chitin from shrimp and crab shell includes the following steps: crushing fresh shrimp and crab shell and adding water to form solid-liquid mixture, eliminating protein with sodium peroxide mixture solution containing sodium ozonide, eliminating calcium carbonate with hydrochloric acid, eliminating acetyl radical with sodium hydroxide, eliminatinginsoluble impurity with dilute acetic acid solution, and spray drying to obtain scaly deacetyl chitin acetate product. The present invention has the advantages of simple technological process and short production period. During the production process, great amount of protein and calcium carbonate are converted into composite amino acid and calcium ion entering to the filtrate and may be used in producing feed in low cost.

Description

Method for rapid hydrolysis and extraction of deacetylated chitin from shrimp and crab shells technical field The invention relates to a method for hydrolyzing and extracting deacetylated chitin from shrimp and crab shells, in particular to the application of a sodium peroxide mixed solution containing sodium ozonide to hydrolyze and extract deacetylated chitin in shrimp and crab shells. Background technique Chitin widely exists in crustaceans and fungi, and is one of the main components of crustacean structures such as shrimp and crab. Its chemical name is beta-acetamidocellulose. Chitin is insoluble in acid, alkali and water, and must be hydrolyzed to remove the acetyl group before it can be dissolved in dilute acid or human body fluids to obtain a wide range of applications. Chitosan is a natural alkaline polymer polysaccharide, and it is also the only positively charged substance in the edible fiber known in nature. It has strong activity, can enhance human immunity, ...
