Abstract

A synthetic method of common artificial antigen of beta-lactam drug belongs to the biochemical technical field, wherein, the invention takes 7-aminocephalosporanic acid as hapten which is in coupling with carrier protein BSA through glutaraldehyde method; the coupling ratio of conjugates is measured by an UV scanner. The invention realizes successful synthesis of artificial antigen of 7-aminocephalosporanic acid along with simple and effective synthesis procedure; therefore, the invention which can be used in immunity analysis provides necessary artificial antigen for future research and meets the domestic requirements of the research on the artificial antigen.
