[0008] Example 1: Analytical pure SiO 2 、Al 2 o 3 、BaCO 3 , YF 3 、BaF 2 and ErF with a purity of 99.99% 3 Powder, according to 1.0ErF 3 : 40SiO 2 : 25Al 2 o 3 : 15BaCO 3 : 10YF 3 : 10BaF 2 The ratio of (molar ratio) is accurately weighed and mixed; ground in an agate mortar for half an hour to make it into a uniform powder, then placed in a platinum crucible, heated to 1450°C in a program-controlled high-temperature box-type resistance furnace, and then kept warm 1 hour. Then, quickly pour the molten liquid into a preheated copper mold at 300°C for forming; the obtained glass is then placed in a resistance furnace, annealed at 500°C for 2 hours and then cooled with the furnace to eliminate internal stress; the annealed glass continues to be heated to 680°C and keep it warm for 2 hours to get pink, doped with 1.0% Er 3+ Ionic transparent glass ceramics. The surface of the sample has been polished, and red and green up-conversion luminescence signals can be observ...

Abstract

The invention relates to erbium-doped transparent glass ceramic containing nanocrystalline barium yttrium fluoride and the preparation method thereof, which relates to the field of luminescent material. The components of glass ceramic are (mole ratio): 40SiO2-25Al2O3-xBaCO3-10YF3-yBaF2-zErF3 (x=5-20, z=0.1-3.0, y=25-x-z). The invention is prepared by melt-spinning technique and adopts SiO2, Al2O3, BaCO3, YF3, BaF2 and ErF3 powder as raw materials, and the raw materials are well mixed, heated to 1300-1600 DEG C and the temperature is preserved for 1-4 hours, and then melting fluid is prepared into vitreous body; the vitreous body is annealed to relieve internal stress, continues to be heated to 650-800 DEG C, the temperature is preserved for 1-10 hours, and the obtained nanocrystalline has extremely high solid solubility of erbium ion. With the infrared excitation, the up-conversion emission intensity of the glass ceramic is greatly improved by adjusting heat treatment temperature.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of luminescent materials, in particular to an erbium-doped transparent oxyfluoride glass ceramic containing yttrium barium fluoride nanocrystals and its preparation. Background technique [0002] In recent years, barium yttrium fluoride has attracted widespread attention as a high-efficiency upconversion host material. Studies have shown that the upconversion intensity of yttrium barium fluoride single crystal material doped with erbium fluoride and ytterbium fluoride is the most important factor for the fluorescence of lanthanum fluoride. 8 times that of the material, and its green light up-conversion efficiency can reach the level of gallium phosphide semiconductor lasers (refer to H.J. Guggenheim, Appl. Phys. Lett. 15(1969) 51). Good optical properties make yttrium barium fluoride single crystal materials widely used in the field of solid-state lasers, but the preparation process of single crystal materials is comp...
