Embodiment 1

[0032] In the first step, 0.5g of glyceryl monostearate was completely dissolved in 250g of deionized water at 50°C, then the solution was stabilized to 20°C, and then 0.04g of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 2.5g of 1,2- Propylene glycol, 0.0025 g of potassium sorbate, and 2.6 g of peppermint oil were uniformly stirred to obtain an oil phase slurry.

[0033] In the second step, the obtained oil phase slurry was added to a dispersion liquid containing 2.3 g of carboxymethyl cellulose, 4.7 g of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 1.5 g of chromium oxide green and 200 g of deionized water. Then disperse at a high speed for 30 minutes to obtain a cellulose emulsion.

[0034] The third step is to pour the obtained cellulose emulsion into a 25cm×25cm stainless steel tray, the height of the emulsion is 3mm, bake in an oven at 160°C for 20min, and then cut the cellulose film into a sheet with a size of 1mm×1mm×0.2mm , the product is obtained.

Embodiment 2

[0036] In the first step, 0.62g of magnesium stearate was completely dissolved in 123g of deionized water at 80°C, then the solution was cooled to 30°C, and then 0.25g of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 1.23g of 1,2-propylene glycol, 0.06g of Paraben and 1 g of peppermint oil were uniformly stirred to obtain an oil phase slurry.

[0037] In the second step, the oil phase slurry was added to a dispersion liquid containing 3.28 g of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 5.5 g of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.62 g of phthalocyanine green and 300 g of deionized water. Then disperse at a high speed for 45 minutes to obtain a cellulose emulsion.

[0038]The third step is to pour the obtained cellulose emulsion into a 25cm×25cm quartz glass tray, the height of the emulsion is 5mm, bake in an oven at 80°C for 45min, and then cut the cellulose film into pieces with a size of 1mm×1mm×0.2mm shape, the product is obtained.

Embodiment 3

[0040] In the first step, 0.55g of glyceryl tristearate was completely dissolved in 100g of deionized water at 80°C, then the solution was cooled to 30°C, and then 0.19g of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, 1g of polyethylene glycol 400, 0.023g of paraben and 1g of peppermint oil were uniformly stirred to obtain an oil phase slurry.

[0041] In the second step, the oil phase slurry was added to a dispersion liquid containing 3.4 g of hydroxypropyl cellulose, 4.8 g of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.5 g of chromium oxide green and 300 g of deionized water. Then disperse at a high speed for 45 minutes to obtain a cellulose emulsion.

[0042] The third step is to pour the obtained cellulose emulsion into a 25cm×25cm stainless steel tray, the height of the emulsion is 3mm, bake in an oven at 160°C for 25min, and then cut the cellulose film into a sheet with a size of 1mm×1mm×0.2mm , the product is obtained.

Abstract

The invention discloses a flaky toothpaste additive with icy mint flavor and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving 2 to 12 weight portions of esters in 400 to 2,000 weight portions of deionized water at a temperature of between 50 and 80 DEG C, reducing the temperature of the solution to a temperature of between 20 and 30 DEG C, adding 0.04to 0.2 weight portion of a preservative, 0.4 to 4 portions of a dispersant, 4 to 20 weight portions of mint oil, and 4 to 30 weight portions of a plasticizer into the solution, and stirring the solution evenly to obtain oil phase slurry; pouring the oil phase slurry into dispersion fluid of modified cellulose and colorant for carrying out high-speed dispersion for 30 to 60 minutes; adding the evenly dispersed cellulose latex into a carrier, roasting the latex and the carrier for 20 to 45 minutes, and then taking out a cellulose film which is cut into the flaky toothpaste additive. The toothpaste additive has the advantages that the toothpaste has excellent hydrophilic / hydrophobic balance, high rate of disintegration in the oral cavity, and no sand feel; in addition, the toothpaste additive can be stably stored in the toothpaste for a long time with good resistance to the swellability of the toothpaste.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an edible cellulose film with ice-cold mint taste, which can be used as a functional additive of toothpaste. Background technique [0002] Toothpaste is a daily necessities that is used with toothbrush to clean teeth, protect oral hygiene, and is safe for human body. Toothpaste is usually composed of abrasives, wetting agents, adhesives, foaming agents, sweeteners, preservatives, spices, excipients, and corrosion inhibitors. After a certain processing technology operation, it becomes a paste that meets certain requirements. [0003] With the continuous development of science and technology, the continuous improvement and perfection of process equipment, toothpaste added with various types of functional additives has come out one after another, making the toothpaste variety has developed from a single clean toothpaste to a multi-functional product with complete varieties and diverse functions. Type toothpaste, to meet the need...
