Embodiment 1

[0024] Weigh 100kg of ramie bone crushed to a length of 3 mm to 7 mm, 25.6 kg of wheat bran, 1.28 kg of superphosphate, and 1.28 kg of gypsum powder. 62%, that is, the medium for cultivating oyster mushrooms.

[0025] Pack the above-mentioned matrix after mixing well into fruiting polypropylene bags with a width of 24 cm and a length of 45 cm. Each bag contains 600 g of matrix (dry weight), and the two ends are tied tightly. Autoclave at 121°C for 2 hours, and cool down. Inoculate Pleurotus ostreatus at 28°C, place the inoculated medium at a temperature of 22°C-28°C and a relative humidity of 70%-80% and cultivate it for 20 days. After that, the mycelium will cover the bag, and then reduce the ambient temperature to 12°C-18°C , Increase the relative humidity of the air to 80% to 90%, and continue to cultivate for 5 days to produce small mushroom buds in the shape of mulberry. The biotransformation rate of wet mushrooms was 80%. A total of 4 wet mushrooms were harvested, and t...

Embodiment 2

[0027] Weigh 100kg of ramie bone crushed to a length of 3 mm to 7 mm, 18.07 kg of wheat bran, 1.2 kg of superphosphate, and 1.2 kg of gypsum powder. 65%, that is, the medium for cultivating oyster mushrooms.

[0028] The matrix after the above mixing is divided into polyethylene bags with a width of 24 cm and a length of 45 cm. Each bag contains 600 g (dry weight) of the matrix. Cool down to 28°C to inoculate Pleurotus ostreatus, place the inoculated culture medium at a temperature of 22°C-28°C and a relative humidity of 70%-80% and cultivate it for 18 days. ℃, increase the relative humidity of the air to 80% to 90%, continue to cultivate for 7 days, and small mushroom buds in the shape of mulberry will appear. The biotransformation rate of one flushed mushroom was 77%, and a total of 4 flushed mushrooms were harvested, with a total biotransformation rate of 132%.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for cultivating mushrooms by utilizing ramie core. The method comprises the steps of preparation of culture medium, inoculation, development, growth of the mushrooms and harvest in stubbles, wherein the preparation of the culture medium comprises mixing, packaging and sterilization, and the components of the culture medium are 78 to 83 percent of powder of ramie core, 15 to 20 percent of wheat bran, 1 percent of gesso and 1 percent of ordinary superphosphate; the culture medium is cooled to below 30 DEG C, inoculated with the mushrooms, and cultivated for 18 to 20 days at a temperature of between 22 and 28 DEG C and relative air humidity of between 70 and 80 percent, so as to make the hypha grows in the whole package; the culture medium is continuously cultivated for 5 to 7 days at a temperature of between 12 and 18 DEG C and relative air humidity of between 80 and 90 percent, so as to grow the mushrooms; and then the mushrooms are harvested in stubbles according to the growth condition of the mushrooms. The method has the advantages that the method uses local materials, changes the waste into the treasure, and improves the production capacity by 10 to 15 percent compared with the prior art; the cost of the culture medium used for cultivating the mushrooms is about 80 and 60 percent lower than that of cotton seed hulls and corn cobs respectively; and the method also solves the problems that the ramie core is hard to return to the soil, the burning of the ramie core pollutes the environment, and so on.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of edible fungi, in particular to a method for cultivating oyster mushrooms using ramie bones. Background technique [0002] Pleurotus ostreatus meat is fat and tender, delicious in taste and rich in nutrition. It is known as "mountain delicacy" and "plant meat". Studies have shown that biologically active substances such as oyster mushrooms and polysaccharides contained in oyster mushrooms have a significant inhibitory effect on cancer cells, and can prevent hypertension, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, etc., and the market prospect is broad. [0003] In the prior art, the method for cultivating Pleurotus ostreatus is a lot, as Chinese patent 90108346.1 (CN1060573A), 92106589.2 (CN1080463A), 91108444.4 (CN1061318A), 92106439.X (CN1076328A) etc., all comprise the preparation of culture medium, inoculation, send out bacteria, Cottonseed husks, corn cobs and other raw materials are often used as substrates in the ste...
