Abstract

The invention belongs to a method for accelerating and stabilizing dielectric performance, in particular relating to a method for accelerating and stabilizing the dielectric performance of a silicon dioxide based composite material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, testing the initial weight and the dielectric performance of a material which completes recombination, and determining the initial state of the material; and (2) secondly, placing the material in an accelerated aging environment with temperature ranging from 30 to 70 DEG C and humidity ranging from 70 to 90 percent to be subjected to accelerated moisture absorption for 4 to 10 days; or, placing the material in an environment with temperature ranging from 20 to 80 DEG C and humidity ranging from 70 to 95 percent to be subjected to accelerated moisture absorption for 4 to 15 days, so that the material reaches a saturated state, and the material naturally recovers in atmosphere with indoor humidity less than or equal to 45 percent for 10 to 30 days. The method ensures the moisture absorption balance point of accelerated aging is in accordance with natural aging, can meet the requirement of the material product on limitation period, shortens the production period of the material and related products, and improves the working efficiency.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to a method for accelerating and stabilizing dielectric properties, in particular to a method for accelerating and stabilizing dielectric properties of silicon dioxide-based composite materials. Background technique [0002] Aerospace wave-transparent materials are dielectric materials that can protect aerospace vehicles from normal communication, telemetry, guidance, and detonation under harsh environmental conditions. At present, aerospace wave-transparent materials have developed from simple wave-transparent materials to fiber-reinforced silica-based wave-transparent composite materials with multiple functions such as heat insulation, load bearing, wave transmission, and impact resistance. Silica-based wave-transparent composite materials can be divided into three types of quartz, 2.5D quartz, high silicon oxygen puncture and other types according to the reinforced structure and material. [0003] The silica matrix of the sili...
