The packaging bag is characterized in that because a plastic packaging bag has a breather valve, aerobic bacteria are propagated enormously during incipient fermentation of the feedstuff and gas is generated intensely with redundant gas discharged through the breather valve; when oxygen is exhausted, the breather valve stops gas discharging and the anaerobic bacteria begin to propagate; when feedstuff pH value is reduced to a fixed value, the anaerobic bacteria begin dormancy; meanwhile, traces of oxygen molecules are fed in the packaging bag continuously through a micropore on a breather valve diaphragm to meet the minimum requirements of the aerobic bacteria on survival and keep various mixed bacteria out of the packaging bag, thereby ensuring the survival of various beneficial bacteria and long-term freshness of the feedstuff.
