Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a novel hydrophilic and magnetic mesh organism. The method comprises the following steps: sufficiently stirring polyvinyl alcohol, magnetic powder, active carbon, sodium alginate and water in a certain ratio; mixing the substances uniformly to obtain polyvinyl alcohol sol; adding the sol into saturated boric acid solution which contains 1 to 4 percent of CaCl2 to be washed with water; pouring 1 to 5 percent hydrochloric acid solution for soaking until no bubble generates; immerging gel balls into 1 to 3 percent dilute glutaraldehyde solution; adjusting the pH value of the solution to be 1 to 2 by adding diluted hydrochloric acid; performing a cross linking reaction on glutaric dialdehyde and polyvinyl alcohol for 2 to 4 hours for further solidifying; washing the reactant to be neutral with water; and magnetizing to prepare a hydrophilic and magnetic carrier. The method improves treating load, can realize the in-situ reduction of sludge, accelerates degradation rate of organic pollutant, improves treating efficiency and reduces operating cost.
