Problems solved by technology

Advanced oxidation technology includes wet oxidation method, Fenton reagent method and photocatalytic oxidation method, etc., which have good decolorization ability, but the cost is high, and the COD reduction effect is not good
Electrochemical technology to treat wastewater has multiple functions such as redox, coagulation, sterilization and adsorption, but the complete oxidation and decomposition of organic pollutants in water requires high energy consumption and high equipment costs.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for processing cationic dye wastewater by utilizing direct dye wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: drying hybridization sludge obtained from hybridizing direct dye wastewater by barium sulfate, and crushing the sludge to obtain hybridization sludge adsorbent of 200-300 meshes; adding the hybridization sludge adsorbent which accounts for 3%-5% of the cationic dye wastewater by weight into the cationic dye wastewater to be processed, stirring and separating solid and liquid to obtain adsorption sludge the moisture content of which is 60%-80% and supernatant, carrying out advanced processing on supernatant and then discharging, wherein the chrominance removal rate of the supernatant is above 90%, and the COD removal rate is above 60%. The adsorption sludge is regenerated to obtain regeneration sludge absorbent with the same effect as hybridized sludge absorbent. The invention has the characteristics of simple method, good adsorption property, easy settlement and separation, ability of recycling and the like. The method solves the problem of sludge processing, and simultaneously processes cationic dye wastewater to realize the processing of waste with process of waste and the recycling utilization of waste, thus the method can be promoted and applied to processing of cationic dye and other organic fine chemical enterprise wastewater.

Description

Method for treating cationic dye wastewater by using direct dye wastewater sludge technical field The invention relates to a method for treating cationic dye wastewater by using direct dye wastewater sludge, which belongs to the field of environmental pollution control, and specifically relates to a recycling and harmless treatment technology for solid waste produced in industrial wastewater treatment. Background technique At present, there is still no mature method for the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater. The adsorption method is mainly used for pretreatment or advanced treatment after biochemical treatment. Commonly used adsorbents include activated carbon, alumina, wood chips, natural clay, rice milling waste, silica gel, Hydroxide, sludge, living microorganisms or dead cells, etc., but most of them have a long adsorption equilibrium time, the effect after regeneration is significantly reduced, the selectivity is poor, and the reduction in chemical oxygen dem...
