Problems solved by technology

[0007] Although the above-mentioned improved method omits the roasting step, the performance of the catalyst is improved, but there are still many deficiencies, which are embodied in: (1) a large amount of compounds need to be used as reducing agent or protective agent, which increases the production cost and causes waste of resources ; (2) Ultraviolet radiation and plasma penetration are poor, and the equipment requirements are high, and it can only be used for the preparation of a small amount of catalyst, and it is difficult to realize industrial production

Embodiment 1

[0062] Take Pd(NO at a concentration of 2mg / ml 3 ) 2 Solution 5.25ml, evenly sprayed on 30g Al 2 o 3 Then spray 6.0ml of 0.5mol / L NaOH solution on the surface of the carrier. Then add an appropriate amount of 50% isopropanol solution to wet the surface of the carrier, and use it under vacuum 60 The Coγ radiation source was irradiated at a dose rate of 30Gy / min for 15h. The irradiated sample was washed 4 times with deionized water, and dried at 50° C. for 12 hours to obtain the catalyst A with a Pd content of 0.035 wt%.

Embodiment 2

[0064] Take 5.0ml 10mg / ml PdCl 2 solution, use 1mol / L NaOH solution to adjust the pH to 4.0, and spray evenly on 50g Al 2 o 3 The surface of the carrier, then add an appropriate amount of 50% isopropanol solution to wet the surface of the carrier, and use it under vacuum 60 The Coγ radiation source was irradiated at a dose rate of 30Gy / min for 15h. The irradiated sample was washed 4 times with deionized water and dried at 50° C. for 12 hours to obtain the catalyst B with a Pd content of 0.1 wt%.

Embodiment 3

[0066] Take 5.25ml 2mg / ml Pd(NO 3 ) 2 solution, with 6.0ml 3.5mg / ml AgNO 3 The solution is mixed and evenly sprayed to 30g Al 2 o 3 Then spray 6.0ml of 0.5mol / L NaOH solution on the surface of the carrier. Then add an appropriate amount of 50% isopropanol solution to wet the surface of the carrier, and use it under vacuum 60The Coγ radiation source was irradiated at a dose rate of 30Gy / min for 25h. The irradiated sample was washed 4 times with deionized water and dried at 50° C. for 12 hours to obtain the catalyst C with a Pd content of 0.035 wt % and an Ag content of 0.7 wt %.

Abstract

The invention discloses an acetylene selective hydrogenation catalyst and a preparation method and application thereof. The catalyst comprises a carrier and active metal components supported on the carrier, wherein the main active metal component palladium is elemental palladium under the conditions of room temperature and air and is prepared by reducing a palladium precursor supported on the carrier through ionizing radiation. The catalyst can be directly used in hydrogenation reaction without reduction in advance by hydrogen; the active ingredients have uniform particle size; and the catalyst has higher activity and selectivity compared with catalysts prepared by the conventional methods.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a selective hydrogenation catalyst and its preparation method and application; specifically, it relates to a catalyst used for selective hydrogenation of acetylene in an ethylene stream to generate ethylene, its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] Ethylene is one of the most important basic raw materials in petrochemical industry. It is produced by pyrolysis method using gaseous or liquid hydrocarbons as raw materials in petrochemical industry. The ethylene produced by the cracking method contains a small amount of alkyne, which is harmful to subsequent reactions such as polymerization. For example, in the preparation of polyethylene, the presence of alkynes not only deteriorates the properties of the polymer, but may also cause explosion hazards. Therefore, in the ethylene production process, the selective catalytic hydrogenation method is usually used to remove the alkyne concentration to a very...
