Problems solved by technology

However, these methods generally use a variety of instruments including PCR analyzers, and the operation steps are relatively cumbersome, which is not conducive to rapid on-site detection
There are some bacteria rapid detection instruments based on ATP bioluminescence method on the market, but the disadvantage of this method is that it is not specific for bacteria detection, and it is usually only used to detect the total number of bacteria

Abstract

The invention discloses an instrument and a method for bacterium flow count testing, relating to the biomedical detection technology. The instrument is provided with built-in glass micro channels and a flow system which enables a bacterium marked by a quantum dot probe to pass individually, and can realize high-sensitivity fast detection on the specificity of the bacterium by combining the quantum dot fluorescence excitation technology and the high-precision weak-light detection technology. The method comprises the following steps: after coupling a sample to be tested to a quantum dot probe for specificity, placing the sample into a detection injection port of the instrument to enable bacteria to flow with liquid through a glass micro-channel detection area, using a laser diode to excite and induce bacteria marked with quantum dots to fluoresce, using a photomultiplier tube to detect fluorescent signals, and calculating the tested bacterial count according to the detected light intensity and pulse count. The overall testing time of the instrument does not exceed 30 minutes. Compared with the conventional culture count method, the method for bacterium flow count testing has the advantages of strong specificity, high sensitivity, high detection speed and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomedical detection, and relates to an instrument device and method for bacterial flow counting detection, which can realize specific high-sensitivity rapid detection of bacteria, and is especially suitable for rapid detection of pathogenic bacteria. Background technique [0002] The detection of pathogenic bacteria has always been an important content in the fields of public security emergency handling, biochemical anti-terrorism and security reconnaissance. It seriously endangers people's life and health and causes great economic losses. According to the information released by the World Health Organization, there are billions of cases of food-borne diseases in the world every year, and about 1.7 million children aged 0-15 die each year from diarrhea caused by food-borne pathogenic bacteria contamination. Even in developed countries, at least 1 / 3 of people suffer from foodborne diseases. About 76 mil...
