Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of an acrylamide / methyl methacrylate grafted bagasse xylan copolymer. The raw materials of bagasse xylan, acrylamide and methyl methacrylate are charged in the molar ratio of 1:(0.4-2.0):(0.5-1.5). The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly, adding the bagasse xylan and a solvent into a reaction kettle, uniformly stirring, controlling the pH value of the reaction at 7-8 and reacting for 0.5-1 h at room temperature; adding an initiating agent, dissolving the acrylamide in the solvent, mixing with the methyl methacrylate, adding the mixture in the reaction system and reacting for 5-9 h at 45-65 DEG C; adjusting the pH value of the reaction system to be neutral, and pumping and filtering while the reaction system is hot; repeatedly washing the product with a 80-95% ethanol water solution 2-3 times, placing in a vacuum drying oven, drying for 12 h at 60 DEG C, and naturally cooling along with the oven to obtain a crude copolymer; and extracting the crude copolymer to obtain a pure grafted copolymer by using a Saxhlet extraction method.
