[0028] Use the mixed tow of nylon and basalt fiber with a weight ratio of 1:1, degrease in a mixed solvent of ethanol and ether with a weight ratio of 1:1, dry it at 102°C for 1 hour, and then immerse it in bismaleimide resin. Pull extrusion molding at 200°C, and become a flexible core 101 after curing. Mix 100 parts by mass of a 1:1 compound of silicone rubber and fluorosilicone rubber with 40 to 50 parts by mass of fumed white carbon black at 60 to 100°C for 1 to 3 hours, add 50 to 70 parts by mass of alumina powder and 10 ~20 parts by mass of antimony oxide powder is refined at 100~150°C and vacuum degree of 80~90kPa for 2~3 hours, taken out and re-milled on a two-roll machine for 3 to 4 times, and 1~3 parts by mass of benzoyl peroxide and 1 ~3 parts by mass of UV-9 UV antioxidant, kneaded to become a rubber base material. The flexible core 101 is extruded with the above-mentioned rubber base material in an extruder, and vulcanized at a high temperature in a vulcanization ...

Abstract

The invention relates to a composite flexible insulator and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The composite flexible insulator comprises a flexible shaft, a shed, a grading ring and a connecting interface, wherein the flexible shaft comprises a core and a protecting sleeve; the protecting sleeve coats the core; the shed is uniformly distributed outside the protecting sleeve; and the two ends of the core are respectively fixed with the grading ring and the connecting interface. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: (1) forming the flexible core; (2) refining a rubber matrix for the shed and the protecting sleeve; (3) manufacturing the flexible shaft and the shed; and (4) arranging the connecting interface and the grading ring. The composite flexible insulator can be used for high voltage overhead power transmission lines, and serves as a dead end insulator, a V string insulator and a spacing rod for preventing conductors from galloping after being connected with external conductors and supports.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composite flexible insulator, a manufacturing method and an application thereof, and belongs to the field of insulator technology and composite material technology for overhead transmission lines in electric power systems. Background technique [0002] The insulators of overhead transmission lines in power systems have moved from porcelain and glass materials to the era of composite materials. Common line composite insulators have a rod-shaped rigid structure, with a rigid glass fiber reinforced resin mandrel in the center, and a silicone rubber shed and sheath on the outside. Under normal circumstances, this kind of rigid composite insulator is used as a suspension insulator, which can exert its greatest advantage—that is, bear tension. After long-term and large-scale applications, the use of rigid composite insulators as a suspension insulator has been proved to be successful and safe. [0003] When the composite insulator ...
