The preparation method comprises the following steps: in the presence of base catalyst, causing the ethidene diamine serving as an initiator to react with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide to prepare polyethers demulsifying agent A by two stages; then, in the presence of catalyst, carrying out selfcrosslinking reaction on the polyethers demulsifying agent A by utilizing polycarboxylic acid, thus preparing a product B; and finally, carrying out selfcrosslinking reaction on the polyethers demulsifying agent A and the product B by toluene diisocynate in the solvent, thus preparing the final product of the ethidene diamine type polyethers demulsifying agent.
