Problems solved by technology

[0003] 200910095077.0 patent discloses a low-temperature hydrolysis carbonyl sulfide activated carbon-based catalyst and its preparation method. First, the activated carbon carrier is subjected to alkali boiling, impregnated with metal oxides, dried, activated, and then impregnated with alkali solution again. The preparation process is complicated.
For the Claus tail gas hydrogenation catalyst disclosed in the 200510042213.1 patent, the carrier is prepared by reacting aluminum hydroxide fast de-powder and silica-modified aluminum hydroxide dry gel, and then impregnated with the solutions of Group VIB and Group VIII metal salts. The preparation process is complex
This kind of COS hydrolysis catalyst prepared by impregnating alkali metal solution generally has the disadvantages of complicated preparation process and poor activity stability.

Abstract

The invention relates to a catalyst used for removing carbonyl sulfide from chemical production raw gas, in particular to a COS hydrolysis catalyst comprising components of magnesium-aluminum-based hydrotalcite, gamma-Al2O3 and TiO2, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: uniformly mixing the gamma-Al2O3, TiO2 and magnesium-aluminum-based hydrotalcite, adding water for kneading, extruding into strips, drying and roasting to prepare the COS hydrolysis catalyst product. The invention has the advantages that: the hydrotalcite is roasted at high temperature to form a compound oxide with high specific surface area and strong basicity, which can meet the requirements on pore diameter and suitable basicity of the COS hydrolysis catalyst; meanwhile, the prepared catalyst is not needed to be impregnated with alkali metal solution, and has high hydrolysis activity and high stability; and the preparation process is simple, the cost is low and the invention has obvious economic benefit.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to a catalyst for removing carbonyl sulfide in chemical production raw material gas, in particular to a catalyst whose components are magnesium-aluminum-based hydrotalcite, γ-Al 2 o 3 、TiO 2 COS hydrolysis catalyst and preparation method thereof. Background technique: [0002] Carbonyl sulfide (COS) is the main form of organic sulfur, which is widely present in chemical production raw materials that use coal, natural gas and petroleum as raw materials. Its existence will cause catalyst poisoning and deactivation in the subsequent production process, and corrode production equipment; In addition, COS discharged into the atmosphere without treatment reacts with oxygen to form SO 2 , to promote photochemical reactions and pollute the environment. Due to its chemical activity ratio H 2 S is much smaller, its acidity and polarity are weaker than H 2 S, therefore, is generally used to remove H 2 The method of S cannot remove COS...
