Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing a maggot protein and a sludge-based soil modifier by treating activated sludge, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) selecting the breed of maggots; (2) filling activated sludge in a container, inoculating the maggot, culturing at the culture medium temperature of 20-35 DEG C under the ambient relative humidity of 60-80% for 3-10 days, separating the maggots, drying the maggots to obtain a dried product, and pulverizing the dried product to obtain the maggot protein; and (3) composting the residual solid substance separated from the maggots in a sealed environment at 15-35 DEG C for 3-10 days to obtain the sludge-based soil modifier. The invention effectively overcomes the defects in the fermentation treatment of sludge, simplifies the treatment process of residual sludge, stabilizes and recycles the sludge to change the sludge into harmless substances, can obtain a high-protein feed, and does not produce secondary pollution.

Example Embodiment

[0021] Example 1:
[0022] The method of processing activated sludge to produce fly maggot protein and sludge-based soil amendment includes the following steps:
[0023] (1) Selection of fly maggot species: use Lucilia sericata larvae.
[0024] (2) Put the activated sludge with an average moisture content of 65% into a plastic basin with a diameter of 500mm and a height of 150mm. The thickness of the sludge is 70mm. Inoculate with fly maggots. The temperature of the culture material is 20℃ and the relative humidity of the environment is 65. Under environmental conditions of %, after 7 days of culture, the fly larvae were separated, dried and crushed to make fly larva protein. After 20 tests, an average of 0.25 kg of fly maggots per kg of activated sludge can be harvested, and 0.06 kg of dry products can be obtained.
[0025] (3) The solid matter after separating fly larvae is sealed and piled for 6 days in an environment of 20~25℃ to obtain a sludge-based soil amendment. After the above treatment, the volume of sludge was reduced by 59% on average, realizing the reduction, stabilization, harmlessness and resource utilization of sludge.

Example Embodiment

[0026] Example 2:
[0027] A method for processing activated sludge to produce fly maggot protein and sludge-based soil amendment includes the following steps:
[0028] (1) Selection of fly larvae: select Sarcophaga larvae.
[0029] (2) Put the activated sludge with an average moisture content of 70% into a plastic basin with a diameter of 1000mm and a height of 150mm. The thickness of the sludge is 50mm. Inoculate fly maggots. The temperature of the culture material is 25℃ and the relative humidity of the environment is 70 Under environmental conditions of %, after 6 days of culture, the fly larvae were separated, dried and crushed to make fly larva protein. After 20 tests, an average of 0.25 kg of fly maggots per kg of activated sludge and 0.06 kg of dry products can be obtained.
[0030] (3) The solid matter after separating fly larvae is sealed and piled in an environment of 25~30℃ for 5 days to obtain a sludge-based soil amendment. After the above treatment, the volume of sludge was reduced by 52% on average, and the reduction, stabilization, harmlessness and resource utilization of sludge were realized.

Example Embodiment

[0031] Example 3:
[0032] A method for processing activated sludge to produce fly maggot protein and sludge-based soil amendment includes the following steps:
[0033] (1) Selection of fly larvae: select engineering fly larvae.
[0034] (2) Put the sludge with an average moisture content of 80% into a plastic basin with a diameter of 750mm and a height of 200mm. The thickness of the sludge is 60mm. Inoculate with fly maggots. The temperature of the culture material is 35℃ and the relative humidity of the environment is 80%. After culturing for 4 days, the fly larvae are separated, dried and crushed to make fly larva protein under the environmental conditions. After 20 tests, an average of 0.40 kg of fly maggots per kg of activated sludge and 0.12 kg of dry products can be obtained.
[0035] (3) The solid matter after separating fly larvae is sealed and piled in an environment of 25°C~35°C for 3 days to obtain a sludge-based soil amendment. After the above treatment, the volume of sludge was reduced by 70% on average, realizing the reduction, stabilization, harmlessness and resource utilization of sludge.
