The preparation comprises 0.1 to 50 percent of 1-(4-trifluoromethoxybenzene)-3-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl) urea raw powder, and can be prepared into a powder preparation, wettable powder, an emulsifiable solution andother preparations. Compared with registered similar products, such as chlorbenzuron, triflurnuron, hexaflumuron and chlorfluazuron, the preparation has improved insecticidal activity. The preparation can control cnaphalocrocis medinalis and chilo suppressalis, 1 gram of the preparation is used in each mu to maintain high pesticide effect for 1 month; the preparation can control plutella xylostella, cotton bollworm, prodenia litura, spodoptera exigua, maruca testulalis geyer and the like, and can maintain high pesticide effect for about 30 days; and the preparation can effectively kill elder pests with control effect of over 90 percent; and compared with conventional benzoylphenyl urea pesticides and chlorantraniliprole mono pesticides, the preparation kills pests more completely and has more durable effect.
