The invention discloses a method for preparing metasilicate nonahydrate and elementary sulfur from waste residuals of sulphuric acid cinder, which comprises the following steps of: washing primarily-discharged waste residues generated during treatment of sulphuric acid cinder with a hydrochloric acid solution repeatedly, washing filtered filter cakes with clean water for three times to obtain clean filter cakes, mixing the filter cakes with liquid sodium hydroxide in a steam-heated reactor with a pure mass ratio of 1: (1.13-1.53) to generate an alkaline sodium silicate solution with modules of 2.0 to 3.3, filtering to obtain an element sulfur filter cake and clear filtrate, and washing, drying, detecting and packaging the filter cake to obtain an elementary sulfur product; settling the clear filtrate, pumping the obtained clear filtrate in a modulus regulating barrel, adding liquid caustic soda so that the modulus reaches to be 1: 1, evaporating and concentrating, pumping the concentrated solution into a mixer, adding a seed crystal, churning in the mixer, sieving and packaging granular products after cooling and crystallizing to obtain the metasilicate nonahydrate product.
