Abstract

The invention discloses an attapulgite clay porous porous ceramsite, a preparation method of the ceramsite, and a purpose of the ceramsite. The ceramsite is prepared from raw materials of attapulgite clay and biomass, and a binder of industrial soluble glass. The ceramsite is prepared through calcining and oxidizing. The attapulgite clay porous ceramsite prepared by the present invention has advantages of high porosity, large specific surface area, high strength, strong water resistance, high water absorption, high catalytic activity, and the like. The porous ceramsite prepared by the presentinvention can be applied as a carrier for a catalyst, and a filling material for an aerated biological filter.

Description

1. Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the recycling and reuse of agricultural and sideline product wastes, in particular to attapulgite clay porous ceramsite and a preparation method and application thereof. 2. Background technology [0002] As a big agricultural country, my country is rich in biomass resources, mainly rice, wheat, rapeseed straw, and agricultural and sideline products, as well as a small amount of corn straw and other crop straws. Most of the traditional treatment methods are burning in the fields. This treatment method not only seriously pollutes the air, but also causes the death of microorganisms in the land, hardening the land and increasing the amount of chemical fertilizers. In recent years, the state has also promulgated a policy to prohibit the burning of straw and agricultural waste, but in some areas, the phenomenon of straw and agricultural waste is still incinerated. The smoke and dust in the air after the autumn harvest in my coun...
