Abstract

The invention discloses a molding process of a plastic sectional material. The process comprises the following steps: 1) preparing materials: 100 parts of polystyrene resin, 4-5 parts of thermal stabilizing agent, 5-10 parts of modifier, 0.5 part of triphenyl polyphosphate, 7-9 parts of titanium white, 0.5-1 part of fine lubricating agent and 10-30 parts of inorganic filling material; 2) mixing and stirring: putting all the raw materials in a blender and stirring at the temperature of 100-120 DEG C; 3) pelleting: repeatedly smelting the mixed material at the temperature below a thermal decomposition point; and 4) molding: molding in a mould at the temperature of about 180-200 DEG C. The plastic sectional material manufactured by applying the process provided by the invention has high hard density, strong impact resistance, good toughness, bright surface like a mirror, natural and elegant lines, fastness, no deading and no ageing.
