Abstract
The invention discloses a halogen-free flame-retardant elastomer composition which comprises the following components by weight: 15-35% of polyphenylene oxide resin, 25-40% of elastomers, 0-15% of polyolefin, 20-35% of compound fire retardants, 5-15% of plasticizers, 2-5% of processing additives, and 0.5-5% of stabilizing agents; the compound fire retardant is a mixture of piperazine pyrophosphate and melamine pyrophosphate, wherein the piperazine pyrophosphate accounts for above 10 wt% of the compound fire retardant. The halogen-free flame-retardant elastomer composition of the invention effectively inhibits the precipitation of 'coke materials' during processing, improves the processing performance of the composition, has the characteristics of high halogen-free flame-retardant grade, good mechanical properties, good aging resistance, and easy extrusion molding processing, and is very applicable to power lines, data transmission lines and the like for high-end consumer electronics and electric appliances.
