The preparation method of the novel traditional Chinese medicine comprises the following steps of adding water into pearl ginseng and astragalus mongholicus, respectively carrying out decoction extraction, merging the extract, carrying out concentration, carrying out alcohol precipitation, standing, recovering ethanol of supernate, carrying out condensation, and mixing the concentrated solution and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers / auxiliary materials to obtain an oral solution, wherein the oral solution is the novel traditional Chinese medicine.
