The plating solution is composed of nickel sulfate, sodium hypophosphite, sodium tungstate, compound complexants, compound buffers, compound stabilizers and compound brighteners, and deionized water based on a certain proportion. The preparation method includes calculating and weighing the weight of components according to the volume of the plating solution to be prepared; dissolving the weighed components with a small amount of the deionized water; and then mixing and evenly stirring the mixture, adding the deionized water to provided volume, and adjusting PH to be in a range of 8 to 9 with ammonia water. Compound complexants, compound buffers, compound stabilizers and compound brighteners are utilized in the formula of plating solution preparing, so that adding quantity of main salt nickel sulfate and sodium tungstate, reductant sodium hypophosphite, complexant sodium citrate, and buffer ammonium sulfate in disclosed solution formula for electroless-plating nickel, tungsten and phosphorus alloy is reduced, and cost is decreased; besides, process is simple, and electroless plating effect is good.
