Problems solved by technology

[0006] At present, there are only 4 patents related to the protection of high oil-yielding microalgae strains: 1) the invention patent of Wu Qingyu (Tsinghua University, 2008), which discloses a Chlorella protothecoides (Chlorella protothecoides) with high oil content and capable of heterotrophic culture. protothecoides 0710, no algal species preservation information), its dry weight can reach 108g L -1 , with a total lipid content of 61%dw; 2) Hu Hongying (Tsinghua University) disclosed a strain of Chlorella (algae species preservation registration number CGMCC NO.3037) and a strain of Scenedesmus sp. (algae species preservation registration number CGMCCNO .3036), which can grow in urban sewage and carry out biodiesel production; 3) Deng Xiaodong (Institute of Tropical Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, 2010 disclosed a high-yielding Chlorella mutant strain (algal species preservation registration number CCTCC NO.M2010170), but its biomass is only 0.4g L -1 , the oil content can reach up to 40% of dry weight, which does not have the potential for industrialization

Embodiment Construction

[0029] In order for those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions provided by the present invention, the following will be described in conjunction with specific embodiments.

[0030] The patent of the present invention provides a microalgae with high oil-yielding energy and its culture method. The Latin name of the microalgae is Eustigmatoscf. Species Preservation Management Committee General Microbiology Center" was successfully preserved; address: Strain Preservation Center, Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences; strain preservation number: CGMCCNo.5247.

[0031]Eustigmatophyceae genus Eustigmatophyceae belongs to Eustigmatophyceae, Eustigmatales, Eustigmataceae, Eustigmatos, and its cells are spherical or nearly spherical , the size is usually 10-11 μm, and some cells will reach 20-35 μm during the culture process. The cells have a relatively large, nearly spherical vacuole, which contains vibrating particles and a 3-5 μm diameter c...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing microalgae grease by using eustigmatoa cf. polyphem and a culture method of the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem. The eustigmatoa cf. polyphem can promote accumulation of microalgae biomass and total lipid in the shortage of nitrogen, so that the method for culturing the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem by a one-step method to produce the microalgae grease is that: urea or nitrate is selected as a nitrogen source, wherein the nitrogen concentration is 2-6 mM, the culture light intensity is controlled to be 100-600 muE / m<2>s, and the culture period is 8-12 days, and high yield of the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem grease can be realized. Compared with the prior art, the method for producing the microalgae grease by using the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem and the culture method of the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem provided by the invention have the advantages of simple production process and capability of greatly increasing the grease yield of the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of microalgae, and specifically refers to a method for producing microalgae oil by using Euophthalmos bordetii-like and a cultivation method thereof. Background technique [0002] With the depletion of global petrochemical energy and the gradual deterioration of environmental problems, the search for a sustainable, renewable and environmentally friendly form of energy has become the focus of scientists from all over the world. Biodiesel is a mixture of mono-alkyl fatty acid methyl or ethyl esters formed by the transesterification of plant, animal or microbial oils and low-carbon alcohols. Among the many renewable energy sources (wind energy, geothermal energy, water energy, solar energy, and ocean energy), biodiesel is highly similar to petrochemical diesel in terms of energy density and combustibility, and is easy to degrade, non-toxic Sulfur-containing and aromatic compounds, environmental friendliness and other ch...
