Abstract

The eustigmatoa cf. polyphem can promote accumulation of microalgae biomass and total lipid in the shortage of nitrogen, so that the method for culturing the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem by a one-step method to produce the microalgae grease is that: urea or nitrate is selected as a nitrogen source, wherein the nitrogen concentration is 2-6 mM, the culture light intensity is controlled to be 100-600 muE / m<2>s, and the culture period is 8-12 days, and high yield of the eustigmatoa cf. polyphem grease can be realized.
