The polybenzimidazole resin containing pyridine rings and flexible ether bonds and the preparation method thereof are provided, so that the polybenzimidazole resin containing pyridine rings and flexible ether bonds on the main chain can be synthesized by a solution polycondensation method to improve the solubility and processability of polybenzimidazole on the premise of maintaining the high heat and oxidation resistance of polybenzimidazole, and the load of phosphoric acid can be improved.
