Embodiment 1

[0027] Sodium ferric chlorophyll is dissolved in water with a solution concentration of 0.67g / 100ml. Anhydrous strontium chloride is dissolved in water. Separation by filtration and drying at 50°C for 3 hours to obtain black (dark green) ferric strontium chlorophyllin salt. Carry out the measurement of each index. Wherein, by AVATAR360 type Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, UV7652 spectrophotometer, obtain iron chlorophyllin sodium salt and chlorophyllin iron strontium salt spectrogram (see attached Figure 1~4 ), and analyzed and compared, it was determined that the product was ferric strontium chlorophyllin.

Abstract

The invention discloses a natural strontium ferrous chlorophyllin (also known as ferrous chlorophyllin strontium) and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, sodium ferrous chlorophyllin and strontium salts are taken as raw materials, replacement is directly performed, and preparation is finished by one single step. The method includes solving the sodium ferrous chlorophyllin and the strontium salts in water according to a mass ratio, adding the strontium salt solution into the sodium ferrous chlorophyllin solution, magnetically stirring at a speed of about 1000r/min, reacting fully at a room temperature, aging, separating, drying for 3 hours at a temperature of 50 DEG C, and obtaining black (deep black green) strontium ferrous chlorophyllin with a yield of about 75%-80%. The product proved to be the strontium ferrous chlorophyllin through color changes, generation of precipitation, an ultraviolet (UV) spectrogram and an infrared radiation (IR) spectrogram during the preparation. The preparation method is simple, low in cost and high in yield, produces no side products, and has no environmental pollution; the raw materials required for the synthesis are easy to obtain, low in price, non-toxic and innocuous; and the strontium ferrous chlorophyllin and the preparation method have a huge development and application prospect in medical drugs, function materials and the like.
