Embodiment 1

[0014] Pot stress test

[0015] The experiment site was set at the potted field of Chengdu Campus of Sichuan Agricultural University. Using the method of potting to simulate heavy metal pollution in soil, the seedlings of Leucaena glauca (L.) Benth were transplanted in 100mg kg -1 Cadmium-contaminated potting soil. The experiment started on May 13, and the transplanted Leucaena juniperus were seedlings collected from the soil in the greenhouse of Chengdu Campus of Sichuan Agricultural University, with 2 plants per pot and 4 repetitions. Three treatments were set up in the experiment, namely CK (without adding Cd) and concentration of 5 mg kg -1 (T1), 120 mg kg -1 (T2) Two different dosing concentration tests, the heavy metal added is CdCl 2 2.5H 2 O, is an analytically pure reagent, which is added to the soil in a solid state, mixed thoroughly, and balanced for four weeks before use. The plants are cultivated in the potting field, and the management method is the same as...

[0026] Community Trial

[0027] The test site is located in the farm net room of Ya'an Campus of Sichuan Agricultural University. The soil was collected from the tailings waste soil of the smelter in Fuquan lead-zinc mining area, Hanyuan County, Sichuan Province. The specific method is: plant the Leucaena seedlings with a plant height of 6-9cm in the middle of May on a 6m 2 In the pond, the spacing between plants is 20cm, and the row spacing is 25cm. Before transplanting, the amount of base fertilizer applied per mu is 10-12kg of pure nitrogen, 7-8kg of phosphorus pentoxide, and 8-9kg of potassium oxide. After fertilization, cover with a thin soil of about 1cm; Topdressing: apply 3kg of pure nitrogen per mu; during the plant cultivation period, the irrigation amount per mu is 6-8m 3 ; Harvest 1-2 times a year. The measured aboveground biomass was 90.9g / plant, and the accumulation of roots, shoots and leaves were 0.11 mg / plant, 0.68 mg / plant and 0.17 mg / plant, respectively. ...

Abstract

The invention discloses application of leucaena glauca in reparation of soil polluted by heavy metal cadmium. Leucaena glauca seedlings belonging to cultivated leucaena glauca are directly transplanted into the soil polluted by cadmium heavy metal in the middle of May every year, wherein the seedlings are 6 to 9cm high, the row spacing is 20cm, the line spacing is 25cm, 22 seedlings are planted every square meter; before transplanting, base fertilizer, comprising 10 to 12kg of pure nitrogen, 7 to 8kg of phosphorus pentoxide and 8 to 9kg of potassium oxide, is applied per mu; and then the base fertilizer is covered with thin soil which is about 1cm thick; after the seedlings grow for 60 days, topdressing is carried out, to be specific, 3kg of pure nitrogen is applied per mu; in a plant cultivation stage, the water irrigation amount per mu is 6 to 8m<3>; and the leucaena glauca is harvested once or twice one year. By using the enrichment characteristic of the leucaena glauca to cadmium, the soil polluted by cadmium can be repaired for a long time by the leucaena glauca; the root and secreted nitrogen-fixing bacteria of leucaena glauca also can be used for regulating water in soil and conserving nitrogen in the soil; diffusion of pollutants and water and soil loss can be prevented; and the fertility of the soil can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of remediation of soil heavy metal pollution in the environment, in particular to the application of a plant Leucaena in remediation of soil heavy metal cadmium pollution. Background technique [0002] With the development of industry, agriculture and urbanization, soil pollution is becoming more and more serious. Among them, soil heavy metal pollution is one of the key issues of global concern. Heavy metal pollution in the environment has the characteristics of concealment, long-term and irreversibility, and its pollutants have poor mobility in the medium and cannot be degraded by microorganisms. Among all heavy metal pollution, cadmium (Cd) pollution is the most serious. Therefore, cadmium-contaminated soil urgently needs to be treated. [0003] In recent years, phytoremediation technology has become a research hotspot in the remediation of heavy metal pollution. Compared with other remediation technol...
