Embodiment 1

[0049] Embodiment 1 is the preparation of the nematicide granule taking biomass granular carbon as carrier

[0050] One of the following formulas can be selected for the components and weight percentages of the nematicide granules with biomass granular carbon as the carrier:

[0051] 1) 93% thiazophosphine crude oil accounted for 11%, solvent methyl oleate 8%, stabilizer castor oil 5%, biomass granular carbon 76%;

[0052] 2) 93% thiazophosphine crude oil accounted for 6%, 97% abamectin technical 2%, solvent dimethyl sulfoxide 10%, stabilizer soybean oil 5%, biomass granular carbon 77%;

[0053] 3) Containing 2.5 billion / g Verticillium chlamydia live spore mother powder 10%, stabilizer soybean oil 5%, solvent mineral oil 10%, biomass granular carbon 75%;

[0054] The nematicide granule with biomass granular charcoal as the carrier is prepared through the following steps:

[0055] (1) Putting the active ingredient into a homogenizer equipped with a solvent and a stabilizer t...

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for producing granules for killing nematodes by using biomass particle carbon as a carrier. The granules comprise the components in percentage by weight: 5-15 percent of active ingredient, 2-10 percent of stabilizer, 5-15 percent of solvent and 70-80 percent of biomass particle carbon, wherein the active ingredient is one or more types of fosthiazate, abamectin, verticillium chlamydosporium and the like. The granules has great adsorption capacity and long action time, is capable of improving soil conditions, and is rich in source of raw materials, free of resource constraints and very convenient to use.

Description

[0001] technical field [0002] The invention relates to the technical field of pesticide production, in particular to a method for producing nematicide granules by using biomass granular charcoal as a carrier. Background technique [0003] Root-knot nematodes mainly damage the roots of various vegetables, showing that the lateral roots and fibrous roots increase more than normal, and form spherical or conical white nodules of varying sizes on the fibrous roots of young roots, and some are bead-shaped. The aboveground part of the damaged plant grows short and slow, with abnormal leaf color, few fruits, low yield, and even premature death of the plant. The nematodes currently known to damage vegetables mainly include root-knot nematode high pedicle, root-knot nematode peanut, root-knot nematode northern and root-knot nematode southern. Nematodes have a wide range of hosts and often damage more than 30 kinds of vegetables such as melons, solanaceous fruits, beans, radishes, c...
