Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method for producing pig feed with a deeply processed wheat by-product. The method comprises the steps that the deeply processed wheat by-product, corn, bran, bean pulp, and the like serve as raw materials; the raw materials are subjected to cleaning, crushing, blending, mixing and packaging; and then the novel pig feed that can be extensively used for nursing pigs, growing pigs, fattening pigs and sows is prepared. The method has the advantages that (1) the deeply processed wheat by-product is added; the principal component of the feed is mycoprotein; absorption and utilization of the pigs are facilitated; antinutritional factors such as non-starch polysaccharides are degraded effectively in liquefaction and saccharification procedures during deep wheat processing; the nutrition coefficient of the feed is high; (2) exogenous wheat enzyme is added; the antinutritional factors such as the non-starch polysaccharides are further degraded; the nutrition digestibility of the feed is increased; (3) exogenous lysine and bean oil are added; the defect that contents of lysine and fat in wheat serving as a raw energy material of the feed are lower is overcome; and (4) the deeply processed wheat by-product is effectively utilized, and the production cost of the feed is lowered.
