[0059] Sodium calcium silicate float white glass with a thickness of 2.1 mm is used as the substrate. After cutting, edging, washing and drying, it enters the magnetron sputtering coating line for coating deposition. The background vacuum is higher than 6×10 -4 Pa, where as shown in Table 1, the film layers listed in Table 1 were sequentially deposited on the glass substrates of Comparative Examples 1-2 and Examples 1-2. After the film deposition is completed, the coated glass deposited with the film structure of Comparative Examples 1-2 and Examples 1-2 is respectively matched with white glass with a thickness of 2.1 mm, and baked and bent according to the auto glass baking and bending forming process, and then A piece of colorless PVB film with a thickness of 0.76mm is sandwiched in the middle, and the sheets are combined under high pressure in an autoclave to finally make a single silver low-emissivity coated laminated glass product.

After cutting, edging, washing and drying, it enters the magnetron sputtering coating line for coating deposition. The background vacuum is higher than 6×10 -4 Pa, where as shown in Table 2, the film layers listed in Table 2 were sequentially deposited on the glass substrates of Comparative Examples 3-4 and Examples 3-4. After the film deposition is finished, the coated glass deposited with the film structure of Comparative Examples 3 to 4 and Examples 3 to 4 is respectively matched with white glass with a thickness of 2.1 mm, and is baked and formed according to the auto glass baking and bending process, and then A piece of colorless PVB film with a thickness of 0.76 mm is sandwiched in the middle, and the sheets are combined under high pressure in an autoclave to finally make double-silver low-emissivity coated laminated glass products.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of glass coating, and particularly relates to low-emissivity coated glass and a laminated glass product thereof, in particular to single-silver or double-silver low-emissivity coated glass installed on a communication media. The low-emissivity coated glass comprises a glass substrate and a low-emissivity film, wherein the low-emissivity film comprises at least two dielectric layers and at least one infrared reflection layer, and each infrared reflection layer is positioned between two dielectric layers; and a high-refractive-index layer and a low-refractive-index layer are additionally arranged between the surface of the glass substrate and the low-emissivity film. As the low-emissivity coated glass and the laminated glass product thereof add the high-refractive index layer and the low-refractive index layer, on the one hand, the diffusion of alkali metal ions of the glass in the process of high-temperature heat treatment can be better blocked, and on the other hand, the reflectivity of a near infrared region can be greatly increased under the condition that the visible light transmittance is basically unchanged, therefore the solar direct transmittance is reduced, and the glass has a better solar energy blocking ability.

Description

Technical field: [0001] The invention relates to the field of glass coating, in particular to a silver-based low-emissivity coated glass and its laminated glass products, especially single-silver or double-silver low-emissivity coated glass installed on vehicles. Background technique: [0002] Low-emissivity (low-e) coated glass has the advantages of passing through visible light and reflecting infrared rays, which can significantly reduce the energy consumption of air-conditioning in cars and improve the comfort of drivers and passengers. Therefore, it is used as a green product in construction and transportation. There is a huge market demand for tools. The core material of silver-based low-emissivity coated glass is one or more layers of silver (Ag) layer. Since the silver (Ag) layer is easily corroded and oxidized, it must be deposited on and below the silver (Ag) layer. Transparent dielectric layers that transmit visible light; these dielectric layers must be dense and...
