Embodiment 1

[0028] Take 100Kg of Soappindus husk, dry at 80℃, add 400Kg of water, under reduced pressure (pressure 500~600mmHg), heat to boil, extract for 1.5 hours, filter and leave the filtrate, add 300Kg of water to the residue. After extracting, filter and leave the filtrate, add 300 Kg of water to extract the residue, combine the filtrate, and then concentrate the filtrate to 500 Kg to obtain the Sapindus total nutrient solution.

[0029] Take 100Kg of soapberry husk, dry at 80℃, crush to 100 mesh, add 1000Kg of absolute ethanol to soak and extract for 24h, filter with suction, retain the filtrate, and distill under reduced pressure to remove the ethanol to obtain soapberry extract.

[0030] Crush 100Kg of Soappinus husk and pass through a 400 mesh sieve to obtain Soappindu husk powder

Embodiment 2

[0032] (1) Slowly pour 17.5 Kg of Sapindus nutrient solution into 7.5Kg of sodium hydroxide, and stir while pouring until the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved to obtain Sapindus nutrient solution lye. Cool to 45℃ and keep warm;

[0033] (2) Mix 15Kg of olive oil, 25Kg of palm oil, and 10Kg of coconut oil to heat, and then stop heating to obtain the mixed oil after it becomes liquid, and cool to 50°C for heat preservation;

[0034] (3) Slowly pour the lye of Sapindus total nutrient solution into the mixed oil, stirring while pouring, until the reaction material becomes thick;

[0035] (4) Pour the reaction materials into the mold, cover the mold with a plastic film, and keep it at 30-40°C for 24 hours to obtain Sapindus Total Nutrition Handmade Soap;

[0036] (5) Unmold and put the obtained Soappindus Total Nutrition Handmade Soap in a cool place for 4 weeks to saponify, and package to obtain the finished product.

Embodiment 3

[0038] (1) Slowly pour 175 Kg of Sapindus nutrient solution into 75Kg of sodium hydroxide, and stir while pouring until the sodium hydroxide is completely dissolved to obtain Sapindus nutrient solution lye. Cool to 50°C and keep warm;

[0039] (2) Mix and heat olive oil 150Kg, palm oil 250Kg, and coconut oil 100Kg. After it becomes liquid, stop heating to obtain the mixed oil, and cool to 45°C to keep warm;

[0040] (3) Slowly pour the lye of Sapindus total nutrient solution into the mixed oil, stirring while pouring, until the reaction material becomes thick, then add 20Kg of Soappindu husk powder and mix well;

[0041] (4) Pour the reaction materials into the mold, cover the mold with a plastic film, and keep it at 30-40°C for 24 hours to obtain Sapindus Total Nutrition Handmade Soap;

[0042] (5) Demould and place the obtained Soappindus Total Nutrition Handmade Soap in a cool place to saponify for 8 weeks, and package to obtain the finished product.

Abstract

The invention discloses a soapberry total-nutrient handmade soap which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 1.75 parts of soapberry total-nutrient solution, 1.5 parts of olive oil, 2.5 parts of palm oil, 1 part of coconut oil and 0.75 part of sodium hydroxide; and 0.1-0.2 part of soapberry shell powder or 0.1-0.3 part of soapberry extract also can be added. The handmade soap disclosed by the invention has a brown color; no other pigment is added, and the nutrient components of the soapberry are maintained at the same time; and apart from a healthcare effect, the handmade soap realizes a cleaning effect as well as an effect of killing and suppressing staphylococcus aureus, salmonella and escherichia coli. The soapberry total-nutrient handmade soap disclosed by the invention is gentle to skin, ensures exquisite foaming and can avoid irritating harm to skin caused by chemical substances and reduce the aging degree of skin. According to the invention, the production technology is simple, and the production cost is low.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of detergent processing, in particular to a manufacturing method of Sapindus japonica full-nutrition handmade soap. Background technique [0002] Sapindus ( Sapindus mukurossi Gaertn . ), a large deciduous tree belonging to the genus Sapindus in the Sapindaceae family, commonly known as oily sapindus, fat beads, etc., which are mainly produced in the Yangtze River valley and the vast areas south of my country, and are often used for washing by the people. Sapindus is rich in glycosides, mainly triterpene saponins, accounting for 4-6% of the husk. It is a natural degradable non-ionic surfactant, and its ability to reduce surface tension is even stronger than Certain synthetic surfactants. In addition, the husk of Sapindus fruit is also rich in natural nutritional conditioning substances, such as tea polyphenols, ferulic acid, fruit acid, a large amount of vitamin C and sugar, etc., which have antibacterial, anti...
