Embodiment

[0014] According to the ratio listed in Table 1, use a power frequency induction furnace to melt, first add copper-iron alloy with 25% Fe content, pure nickel plate, pure electrolytic copper, melting temperature 1150-1220 ℃, after melting, add 0# zinc ingot , after the flames appear, add pure tin block, 14% phosphor-copper alloy and elemental boron. In order to prevent the phosphor-copper alloy and elemental boron from being oxidized when they are added to the furnace, they are wrapped with copper tubes, and the tin block is directly added into the furnace. Stir evenly, adopt semi-continuous casting, the casting temperature is 1120-1200°C, the casting speed is 80-90mm / min, and the ingot size is 270mm×400mm×4800mm. The main components of the copper alloy are shown in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a high-elasticity and high-conductivity copper alloy which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-1% of Fe, 0.05-0.3% of P, 0.1-1.0% of Sn, 0.1-1.0% of Ni, 13-20% of Zn, 0.005-0.05% of B and the balance of Cu and inevitable impurity. The production process flow comprises the following steps: smelting, performing pull casting, performing hot rolling, performing face milling, performing rough rolling, annealing, washing with acid, performing intermediate rolling, performing solution treatment, performing precision rolling, performing aging treatment, performing shear dividing, and packaging finished products. Temperature tests, weight hanging tests, 5000-time plugging/unplugging tests and plug unplugging required maximum force tests show that the high-elasticity copper alloy prepared through the production process flow has fine stress relaxation resistance. The copper alloy produced from the components through the method has high elasticity and high conductivity, is low in cost and can be used as an elastic electric connector material instead of a tin-phosphor bronze alloy.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to elastic materials, in particular to a high-elasticity high-conductivity copper alloy and a production method thereof. Background technique [0002] Tin phosphor bronze has excellent properties such as high strength, elasticity, wear resistance and conductivity, and is widely used in electrical socket elastic components. With the rapid development of electronics, communications and automobile industries, the demand for tin phosphor bronze strips The amount is increasing day by day, but the shortage of tin resources makes tin phosphor bronze more expensive, so it is imminent to develop some new alternative products. Many patent documents have introduced various elastic copper alloys, but they are only suitable for special material applications. For example, CN101984107A introduces that CuNiSiAl elastic copper alloy has the characteristics of ultra-high strength and high resistance to stress relaxation, and is suitable for high-c...
