Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing wood dust grains and mixing the wood dust grains with nano TiO2 powder, nano carbon powder and table salt grains; uniformly mixing the materials in a ball grinding mill; adding a silica sol binder and sufficiently agitating and mixing to prepare slurry; injecting the slurry into a mould to prepare a blank with the needed size; dissolving table salt out of the blank in water; drying the blank without the salt in a drying furnace at 100-150 DEG C; sintering the blank without the salt in a vacuum furnace at 300-400 DEG C; and preparing the porous framework. All parts are assembled to obtain the final product. Researches show that the porous framework obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has a special space network topology structure; the framework has high porosity and relatively high compressive strength. The device disclosed by the invention can be used for purifying indoor air or discharging perfume or an aromatic into air.
